Hunter Davis

Youth Pastor

Born and raised in Kansas, Hunter received his Associates degree in Religion from Cowley, then went on to receive his Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical and Theological studies from Liberty University. Prior to graduation, Hunter pursued camping ministry and has served at several Bible camps in the U.S. as well as a full time U.S. missionary in Arkansas and Intern at Everton Baptist as the Youth Pastor. Hunter got to know his beautiful wife, Haley, when he was serving in Arkansas and they married on July, 22, 2017. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from the University of Southern Indiana where she grew up.

Hunter has felt called to the ministry since he was eight years old and has a passion for the youth of our culture. His goal since he was a child has been to be in full time ministry. He and his wife moved to Stillwater in August 2017 and promptly found Stillwater Bible and stayed. They love the church because the Word of God is taught and revered above all. He was working for a mattress manufacturing company when the job for SBC Youth Pastor became available.

Hunter and Haley love the outdoors and any kind of sports or games you can teach them. They love to rock climb, backpack, hunt, and many other things of that kind. Family is a big part of their lives, and even though neither of their families live in Oklahoma, they still love to go visit. Hunter is excited to serve at SBC leading the youth to become more like Jesus the Christ and helping them experience and learn the greatness of God. His wish is that as his relationship with God grows, so would the youth’s relationship with God grow and that they will be the next generational leaders for Christ.
