While we want our focus to be on truth the Word of God, there is a benefit in understanding the basic beliefs of those whose teachings do not fit the Scripture. In order to be ready to give an answer for the hope that is within us, it will help us to minister to those who are in a cult, to understand the error of their beliefs so we can point them to the Savior.
